Hi Joe, Pea gravel is what it sounds like- pea-sized gravel. It can be bought at WalMart in bags when they set out their spring garden items or you can buy them at a brick yard/gravel business if there is one in your area. A local nursery may also be able to provide it, or at least point you in the right direction. Perforated pipe- I'm guessing PVC drainage pipe? You can get that at Lowe's or Home Depot- or most any hardware/lumber store.
