Yes, this is only a partial list. It is beyond the space we are allowed per article to get too extensive, but this article give a general idea the most common winter vegetables.

Using season extenders and learning about what grows best in your region will allow anyone to harvest fresh food all year round.

As a side note, I highly recommend the book Four-Season Harvest by Eliot Coleman. You'll be amazed at what is possible.

It is important that you know what your growing zone is to know how to treat your winter vegetables. Yes, you can overwinter tender greens even in climates with temperatures of -20F. The list of vegetables, especially greens, is much larger than listed above. Go for it! It is very simple, it just takes preparation - during the summer and fall.
