Salt Tree, Halimodendron
Halimodendron argenteum is a small shrub belonging to the Pea family, with elegant, silky leaves. The purple flowers bloom in early summer. It is native to Asiatic Russia. It grows 5 to 6 feet high, and sometimes is grafted onto a tall stems of Laburnum.
