Belvedere

From LoveToKnow Garden

Belvedere (Kochia) - K. tricophylla is an interesting summer Cypress of the Goosefoot family, forming a neat pointed bush from 3 to 5 feet high, the flowers insignificant. The graceful habit of the plant makes it valuable, placed either singly or in groups, especially from July to September, the time of its full development. In autumn it assumes a very effective reddish tint. It should be sown in April in a hot-bed, and afterwards planted out in beds or borders. S. Europe.
