Bambusa Disticha

From LoveToKnow Garden

Bambusa Disticha - A pretty little dwarf Bamboo. Stem about 2 feet high, round, very slightly zigzagged; branches and leaves distichous; leaves hairy, especially at the base, and serrated at the edges about 1 1/2 inches long by three-quarters of an inch broad, tapering to a point; leafsheaths hairy; rhizome inclined to run. A very distinct little plant, most useful for a choice corner in a rock garden.
