Why is it my dragon's blood sedum does not bloom? It's in full sun.
What can I do to make them bloom? What might I change? I live in western North Carolina, in the mountains, zone 6 or 7, I have clay soil and alkilne. I've had no problems with my other sedums.

The Dragon's Blood Sedum is not normally a fickle plant, it enjoys sun, but will also do well in partial shade. It thrives in zones 3-9, making it a perfect choice for your growing zone. The only thing I can think of is that your sedum may have wet feet. You may want to check the drainage where you have your plant. If water pools near the plant or does not drain really well, this could be your issue. The only other thing that this sedum does not like is foot traffic.
